Little Elmo

Niko wanted to be Elmo for Halloween. This is the first time he tried on the costume.

Niko loves to eat and finger paint with his chocolate pudding. Yum.

Niko loved swimming everyday in the pool with his cousin Michael. It was over 90 everyday so it was good to cool off.

Niko loves his dad. Happy Father's Day!

Christmas Guitar

Here's Niko with one of his favorite Christmas toys. It sings in Spanish and English and makes several animal noises. However, his top favorite things to do at Christmastime was vaccuum with a little part of the big vaccuum, play with Gwen and her dollhouse, and throw the tennis ball for Gretchen. He also enjoyed emptying every cabinet and drawer in reach...which he still does on a daily basis at home too. He's a busy baby.

Here's Niko's typical facial expression. He runs around 10 hours a day exploring, climbing, jumping, terrorizing Gaga and giving his parents a good work out. He runs to and from the mailbox everyday. We walk to the park and he runs laps around the playground, up hills, down hills (this is scary for me, but not at all for him), and he can kick his little soccer ball the length of a basketball court. Maybe he will be athletic like Eduardo. He's got a lot of spunk.

Niko got a cat!

Meet Gaga! We got her at the Northern Utah County Animal Shelter in Lindon on a rainy Friday before Valentine's Day. We picked her out because she was purring through the bars of her cell and asking for mercy. Niko held her the whole way home and we knew she was suppossed to be a part of la familia peluche. She likes to play with Niko all day long and she purrs really loud.
